One Platform Under Every Product

Single sign-on, an Epic EHR integration, SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA, a full API and MCP support are properties of the platform, not features of one module. They work the same way whichever part of Medlaunch your team opens.

What relates one record to another

Every record carries its relationships with it.

  • A standard connects to the policy that implements it and the vendor that policy governs.
  • The incident that exposed a gap links to the finding that recorded it, the action that closed it and the KPI that shows whether it stayed closed.
  • Descriptions get read for what they are about, so your team can count the thing that actually failed rather than only the clause it was cited under.

How Each One Works

The detail your IT reviewer will ask for, in one place instead of six product pages.

EHR Integration, Starting With Epic

Quality work stalls on data entry: someone reads the chart, then types what they read into a second system. Medlaunch connects to Epic so chart data reaches the workflow directly. It pre-fills the fields of an event report, and it pulls a defined set of charts into an audit so a reviewer opens the record already populated. Epic is the EHR we connect to today.

Single Sign-On Across Every Product

Staff reach Medlaunch through your existing identity provider, with no separate credentials to issue, rotate or revoke. Access follows the account your IT team already governs, so onboarding and offboarding happen once, centrally. SSO covers the whole platform, not one module.

SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA

Medlaunch is SOC 2 Type II and handles PHI under HIPAA. Role-based permissions decide what each person can open, and the record of who changed what is kept as a byproduct of normal use rather than assembled on request.

A Full API

Your technical team can read and write quality data programmatically, push records in from systems we have not integrated with, and extend the platform into workflows specific to your organization.

MCP for the AI Tools You Already Run

Medlaunch supports the Model Context Protocol, so AI assistants and automation your organization already uses can connect to your quality data through a standard interface. Your existing AI work keeps its value and gains a quality system it can query.

Migration Without a Rebuild

Structured import maps what you already have into the platform: event histories, open corrective actions, policy documents and your organizational hierarchy. You arrive with your record intact rather than starting from an empty system.
